Yoga and Your Shoulders

Your shoulder is the most flexible joint in the body- but this also can make it one of the most vulnerable to injury. This two hour workshop focuses on the structure, musculature, and movement of the shoulder. Students will learn how to keep the shoulder strong, flexible and healthy within the yoga practice. Attendance will qualify current teachers for 2 CEU hours with Yoga Alliance.
