Meet Your Instructors

REBECCA FARR

Rebecca first began to practice yoga as a way to counteract inflexibility from years of competitive swimming and long distance running. Wanting to learn more about the discipline, she earned both her 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training certifications with Kim Manfredi, and previously taught at Charm City Yoga (now YogaWorks). She also leads 200-hour Teacher Training programs.

Rebecca’s classes weave yogic philosophy with asana, pranayama, and meditation. Her teaching and trainings honor the history and tradition of the centuries old-practice of yoga, while also recognizing that we exist in modern day America.

Rebecca has a BA in Psychology from Washington College and a MA in School Psychology from University of Delaware. She is an NCSF certified personal trainer. Rebecca also works as a flight attendant, which allows her to take classes all over the country. Off the mat, she loves boating, biking, running and paddling, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Jared Rowan

Jared is a RYT 500-hr who been a yoga practitioner for over 10 years. He aims to teach yoga as an experience, not just an exercise routine, connecting movement, philosophy and fun. Jared was trained through Om My Yoga Academy with Rachel Wilson for his 200-hr RYT. Jared completed his 300-hr RYT with the renowned Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in Manhattan, NY. He is trained in The Lotus Flow®, a specific Vinyasa practice. His offerings are filled with spontaneity, fluidity and freedom, rich with the message to "flow like you." His offerings are entirely sequenced through specific “dharmas” or themes and promise to connect poses, music and intentions with a certain amount of "flare." Jared’s classes will ignite your heart, connect you to your spirit and make you sweat, rich in self-love and connection. He will have you questioning if you are taking life too seriously and if you are living authentically as YOU. Jared thanks his advanced teachers for their guidance: Mary Dana Abbott, Felipe Gonzolas, Ali Kramer, Deb Langley and Sheri Celentano. Smile, Sweat, and Flow Hard!
