This workshop will offer a gentle yoga practice in which postures will be practiced while seated or with chair support.Light weights and simple props will be incorporated for added strength training. Chair Yoga targets those who are physically compromised, aging men and women who might find a typical yoga session intimidating or too challenging, and beginners who are looking to focus on form. Enjoy a sense of community while exposing yourself to a new type of movement, strength, and relaxation.
