Yoga and Your Core

This 2 hour workshop explores all of the components of your anatomical core- everything between your pelvic floor and your diaphragm. A combination of discussion and movement, we will explore how to engage the muscles, create balance in the different parts of the body to create support, and learn to incorporate this information into your yoga practice to create strength and prevent injury.

This workshop is appropriate for practitioners of all levels, and will qualify as 2 CEU hours for current yoga teachers.
